Where art becomes revelation

We invite artists to be part of Visionary Voices: Echoes of Inner Worlds, a collective exhibition that will take place at the Leonora Carrington Museum in Xilitla from June 5 to July 5, 2026, an extraordinary space dedicated to the legacy of this renowned surrealist artist in Mexico.

This is a special opportunity to exhibit your work in a museum and connect with artists interested in exploring visionary expression. Beyond simply displaying art, this experience offers a space for meaningful dialogue, creative exchange, and shared exploration of the inner landscapes that inspire us. We invite creators whose work reflects inner vision, artistic depth, spiritual insight, and a strong connection to the inner world, artists who seek to express what lies beyond the surface and bring the unseen into form.

Share your vision, transform the invisible into form, and become part of this dialogue where art becomes revelation.

Leonora Carrington Museum, Xilitla

The Leonora Carrington Museum in Xilitla is one of Mexico’s most iconic spaces for surrealist art. Created as a tribute to the artist, it preserves her legacy and serves as a living platform for contemporary visionary expression.

Nestled in the heart of the Sierra Huasteca, Xilitla is a dreamlike landscape of mountains, mist, and impossible architecture, a place where art, myth, and nature converge in a truly surreal experience.

Only 20 artists will be selected to exhibit in this remarkable setting.

Planned activities include visits to iconic sites such as Edward James’ Surrealist Garden, a local brewery tour, museum visits, and other experiences.
